With a limited budget and no transportation, my friends and I started playing paintball in 1994 in the hills near where we lived.  We all used slingshots at the time.  When we eventually upgraded to markers, S.C. Village became our preferred field and a perfect place for my growing love of woodsball.  As my old paintball buddies have all moved away from the area or away from the sport, I reached out over the internet to find a group of likeminded woodsballers to play alongside.  In 2008, I stumbled onto OCMI and the scenario format that OCMI prefers to play.  I doubt that I could have found a better home.  OCMI team members come from diverse backgrounds, yet we all share the same common goals; playing with integrity, promoting the sport we all love and most importantly having fun!
