Personally the only advantage that I see over our shelters is the maximizing of floorspace in the main room because of the sleeping "pods". Being that we only use our shelters for sleeping and mostly hang out outside I like the fact that I can get up, then sit on my cot as I get ready. Oh, and we could buy 5 more shelters for the price of that one. Then we could all have our own personal shelters to stay in.

Those are pretty cool tents, but we do spend most of our time outside them anyways. But hey, if we are throwing around unlimited amounts of cash....we could always build up a fleet of motorized tanks.
