I am from a scenario based team in AZ and I was wondering if I could ask you guys a few questions.
Do you have regular meetings? If so how often, and how is attendance?
Are there any dues collected at any time from team members?
How are new members brought in to the team? Are they kissed in or do they have to prove themselves?
What do you require from team members? ex. uniform, equipment, transportation, or even ammount of involvement
If you have any information on any other teams that might do this kind of stuff it would help. I am looking to process this information and feedback to better manage our team. Any other information you feel would be good that wasn't included may help me. Thanks guys and I might see you around on 09'
