I can't believe those things are 900 per 1000 rnds. How ridiculous is that!?!? What department out there has 900 bucks to spend on a thousand rounds of training ammunition?

Law enforcement training for when the dept does not have access to a live fire facility. Now they can train in every urban enviorment/structure imaginable. No mess with very little cleanup. That's what I read anyway.
