Lol no blood stripes here. They had a hold on promotions for 2 years in my MOS

I heard of this after I was sent back to the 11's back in 03' when did your promotion cuting score get zeroed out?

From 00-03 there were no promotions for 31's

my nco promotion was in Iraq in 05', so there was no drinking but I got my rank 'pinned' proper and afterwards there was group meeting on my body.
