Well my wife and I got a stomach virus on Sunday night and spend most of that night violently ill. So yesterdays workout was non existant for me. We will have to see how I feel later today so I have posted what I will do if I do workout.

First I started with a 1000 pound db curl in each arm next i moved on to cardio where i joged from santa monica to oxnard and back then i wrestled a shark and a liger at the same time Then i played tap out with chuck norris and won I followed this by benching a 747 with rosy o'donald on it Which I did 32 reps of Then I squated 40 models And i finished it up with a rocky montage finished in a easy 62 mins .
