well yesterday i finally got around to contacting Tippmann about losing my RT valve and other parts that went with it. I woke up this morning to an email saying the parts have been shipped. In less then 24 hours time i got a reply and answers.

 Computer games don't affect kids; I mean if Pac-Man affected us as kids, we'd all be running around in darkened rooms chasing ghosts, eating magic pills, and listening to repetitive, addictive, electronic music.

NO, Tippmann is a very generous company and has excellent customer service. Tippmann is great a retaining customers and creating a lot of positive "word of mouth" to keep new customers coming for years to come!!!

it was like 2am when i remembered i needed to call them so i just sent a service email to them tell them what happened. the RT valve fell off sometime during the viper game. Told them what fell off and other info. this morning i got an email saying the parts were sent.. no money exchanged nor asked for.
SO yes I am very happy and as usual will be sticking with them and getting people to at least try their markers. i was expecting to have to pay something

yeah also the guys that worked the tippmann booth at DON2 where also really nice because i forgot my allen key and they gave me one for the weekend just nice guys
