Ok, OCMI's responsibility for the Lapco boot will be as follows.
1. The responsibility of the member(s) assisting at the booth will be mainly security. Make sure that if Paul is preoccupied with a customer, that the product that is on the table stays on the table. If a customer asks you a question regarding a particular product, answer the question to the best of your knowledge... If you have no experience with that particular product, direct the question to Paul. Most importantly... No OCMI members are to handle any money during a sales transaction. If you have a customer that wishes to purchase a product, direct them to Paul to complete the transaction.
2. Each shift will be one hour. I have set up the assignments to have one OCMI member/recruit at the booth for one hour, every other hour. ------------------------------------------------
Lapco Booth Assignments:
Saturday:
1000hrs - Crash (assist w/set-up) 1200hrs - Rock 1400hrs - Teddy 1600hrs - J dub U (assist w/securing the product for the evening)
Sunday:
1000hrs - Munky (assist w/set-up) 1200hrs - Gonzo 1400hrs - Heretic 1600hrs - Trout (assist w/securing the product for the evening) -----------------------------------------------------------------
All members that were assigned a shift will receive a team appreciation award as well as a Volunteer Service Ribbon added to their profile.
