Packing wasn't bad. I fit it all including camping gear into 2 duffle bags and just borrowed an air tank. I'm pretty sure I can secure one or two loaner tanks as loaners too especially if you can run CO2. You'll want a small hard case for your weapon and probably 2 med size bags so you don't go over the single bag limit (50lb each bag?). I hit a walmart for food supplies on the way out to the field (1.5hr drive from Boise airport) and I believe breakfast and one or two of the other meals are served.
Flying in was a pain and I ended up taking all Friday off anyways as there aren't many flights to Boise, but I showed up fresh rather than tired. The local suckers who had to drive 6-10 hours to get there were jealous
