Speak softly, but forget the big stick. Carry a belt-fed weapon.

I'll have to think on this some more, but I'm leaning toward an ammo and ROF cap. Bottomline is that there will be more and more markers like the MTac and TM-7 and the cyclone still feeds faster than a shake and bake.....even without the battery operated E-grip.

Exactly. No egrips, no electronit hoppers, no electronic valves, no ropes of paint. The best team wins. Not the best equipped team. (Which is the point right?)
For the argument that the cyclone feed is faster. It would be...slightly.(Definitely not a rope of paint without the e-grip) However that it traded off with gas efficiency. A "speedball" styled marker will have better gas efficentcy and a slower rate of fire with the gravity hopper. Trade offs...
Like I said earlier the only "fair" way to do it would be to give everyone the excact same marker to play with. That would never happen so I am all for going as low tech as possible to try even the playing field as much as possible and making is as cost effective as possible as well.

Computer games don't affect kids; I mean if Pac-Man affected us as kids, we'd all be running around in darkened rooms chasing ghosts, eating magic pills, and listening to repetitive, addictive, electronic music.
