I understand there are some abandoned military transport vehicles at the Oroville field. You can go inside them . There is also a 2 story castle and some other brushy places like Ponch mentioned. I'm not sure if the river is in play, but there is a river and some swampy stuff. Lots of thorns, stickers, etc
