Okay guys here is what we have before we talk to the powers that be for Fort Ord.
When: March 7 and 8, 2009.
Cost: $50 pre-registered, $60 at the gate. BYOP
Time: noon Saturday until 1pm on Sunday with only a 2 hour dinner break on Saturday and we can figure out whether we want to do night play or not after we determine date and availability.
Bad to the Bone has volunteered to help referee the event and sponsor some of the kids attending. They will also have paint available on site for $40 per case for those who wish to purchase quality paint.
We would still need to have help with additional reffing and kids sponsored.
I will talk to Marty about providing air for us for the $15 per person unlimited for the weekend.
This will be a BIG GAME format were players will be divided into 2 armies and have to control flag stations scattered about the field. There will be no generals, no missions, instant re-incarnation at your base of origin.
