Thanks Everyone For Your Comments And Suggestions, Because Of Your Help We Have Been Able Fix And Fill In Missing Pieces. We At The S.T.P.L. Are Pure Scenario Players, We Wanted Scenario Teams To Have A Tournament Of Their Own. Yes We Know About The S.P.P.L., But It Did Not Fit What We Were Looking For, So We Felt We Needed Something In California That We Can Play Once A Month, More On A Tactical Level. Like The Old Days, Or Should I Say How Paintball Started.

I know it may seem that some of us came off rather harsh, but a REAL SCENARIO is much, much different than a speedball type tournament and should not be run like or associated with one. It's a whole different animal.

The format you have come up with should be re-named, since is has absolutely nothing to do with scenario type play. Something to do with rec-ball/tournament maybe...

It would be nice to see paintball get back to it's "roots", "Like The Old Days, Or Should I Say How Paintball Started.".. I too have been playing paint ball for for about 2 decades (19yrs) and would like to see this happen.

The SPPL is a decent format with a sprinkle of scenario. The command staff of OCMI have a really good concept of a similar format that would still be Scenario and have a tournament type overtone. We would also like to see scenario grow, but we need to do it keeping the "scenario" aspect of it intact.

I'm really looking forward to seeing how your now "revised" format looks and works out.

I live just a few miles from Aqua Dulce (if this is where it's going to be held) and will probably come by the field to check it out some time in the near future.

Gary Told Me It Would Be An Up Hill Battle. We Are Scenario Players, We Are Used To Up Hill Battles!
Paintballs Hurt, So You Need Thick Skin, The Same Way You Have To Deal With Forums, Always Look At Everything As Positive Input. The Scenario Part Comes From The Players Who Are Involved. We Know There Are Lots Of Different Scenario Players. We Feel The Player Who Likes A Faster More Tactical Game Would Gravitate Towards Our Tournament. Thanks Again For All The Help And Support.
