I was there and since my friend from USC ditched me because he was hungover

, I hung out with the guys under the A5OG tent. Here is a quick AAR...not a great writer but just let you know how it went:
It was basically old school capture the flag only two flags at the re-insertion points. Throughout most of the first half of play it was a battle in between the city sections and the trenches and the speedball field. After while me and a few guys made a push into the trenches and then we had most of the land. However after I left to get more paint and came back, we somehow lost all that territory and were held down at our CP.
After a while, we were able to push them back and slowly regained the territory. At one point a went into a building and flanked one man behind a helicopter that was pinning everyone down but got eliminated by a man behind the truck. That opened up for our team to regain a decent size control of the city though.
The main problem was we had quite a bit of people who were sort of new and would move back if the other team made a push and we would lose territory and after a while we lost our CP before lunch.
Second half of the day was a large firefight for a bit but i had to leave early since I had to go to work.
Too bad none of you guys made it out and I wish i would be able to go to Weekend Wars but family comes first
It was a good weekend with an okay turn out, but i think Big Game 12 had nothing compared to Black Hawk Down
