you all are stuck with me ( pending i get on the team) went out and played paintball for the first time since high school. And well i got bit by the bug. This was the first time i shot my A5 and i gotta say i am extremely happy with it. When we got to the area we were gonna play at i decided to walks towards the field and try out my Apex barrel. That thing is way cool. I didn't use it much on the field cause of how small the area was and all the trees and bushes there were but it was nice to be able to keep it on the barrel and not actually have to use it. Next was my mask. I was fearing it would fog up on me we played from like 10am-1pm almost none stop and not even a slight fog on it. So for now i am gonna keep these until i upgrade a few things on my A5 first. I planned on using my remote BUT i ended up leaving the nipple at the paintball store we stopped at before we hit the field SO i had to use it on my marker. ( i got the nipple back). We ended up playing 4 on 4 since a lot of people bailed out on us. My team Won every match and out of like 10 games I only got out once so i was pretty happy. couple things i learned one keep my dang leg in closer to my body, two cheap paint is just that cheap, and three just cause the other side is adults and you are stuck with the kids doesn't mean anything. Now as for my leg thats where i got shot every time. The first round i got pegged in the lower right leg cause i was trying to come out from around a tree. that one popped. The next time i was hit in the thigh but it bounced off cause they were all using really cheap paint. Only reason i feel the first one popped cause it hit the top part of my boot. all other shots to me all bounced off which was nice cause i returned the favor to them with a splat to the head. One round i ended up taking out 3 out of 4 in a matter of 5mins. But one of the coolest ones was when i was bunkered down behind a dead tree trunk taking shots from two different sides. My partner was down below me sneaking up on them he ended up taking out the guy shooting my left side before getting hit by the right guy. They had thought he was the one behind the trunk so the right guy tried moving up. When i heard no more shots i tried to make a run foward to my left when i came out there was the right guy and well he got lit up hard lol. well sorry for the wall of text but i had a blast and WILL be going out as much as my wallet will allow me.
Computer games don't affect kids; I mean if Pac-Man affected us as kids, we'd all be running around in darkened rooms chasing ghosts, eating magic pills, and listening to repetitive, addictive, electronic music.
