Alright, here it is. My review of the PURE ENERGY 72ci/3k psi Aluminum tank.

At roughly 3lbs. prior to fill, she's a little thick in the ankles, but that is why I'm writing this. Now, allow me to qualify this brief review with these facts:

I'm 6', 240lbs. I've trained in the martial arts for many years, off and on, and I would consider myself a fairly fit guy although not in peak shape at the moment.

RAP4 T68 Review:

The T68, a beautiful marker, with an ugly history. The T68 is produced by “Real Action Paintball” (http://www.rap4.com/) The T68 derives its name from the fact that it is of the .68 caliber paintball series produced by RAP4 instead of the .43 caliber markers that make up a good percentage of their stock. The series suffered numerous problems in the past, which RAP4 claims to have resolved by re-releasing their T68 markers with domestic parts instead of their over-seas produced internals. That being said, it seems that the T68 has not yet been perfected to the level that would be required by most paintballers.

For the longest time I rented guns. All of my friends owned their own guns and I would always rent them from whhere ever we would go. If my gun broke I could just trade it in to the rental place for a new one. The only problem with the rental guns was the accuracy, which I deemed not to be a problem. This was until my buddies and I went and one of them brought their autococker. The gun just plain kicked our butts up and down the field. It shot exacly where he pointed it every time. From that day forward I decided it might be time to buy a gun.

The Emissary Paintball Vest by Flurry Industries is a great piece of equipment and a steal at the price that it is. I used a harness for the longest time. This was mainly because I did not want to spend the money on a good vest that was made for paintball. Then I discovered the Flurry Emissary Paintball Vest.

At Jungle I got to finally use my new ION, now its time for its review...

Setup as Tested

Smart Parts ION with QEV upgrade

Specops Blackcell Body Kit

Specops Blackcell Air-Through longbow Stock

Smart Parts Freak All-American 14" Barrel Kit

Empire Revvy Hopper w/ Sound Board

Draxxup Midnight paint

OK, time for the review.

The ION worked FLAWLESSLY! The trigger is quick and with the Freak Barrel system, the rounds were right on target. For me this was the first marker in about 5 years that didnt break on me right out of the box, so that was a definate PLUS.
