Marker Position:


From Dynasty Dystected, make the marker an extension of your nose. This does several things. By sighting with both eyes down the center of your marker you are retaining your depth perception. You are also taking advantage of biomechanics. Every sport has the concept that you throw where you look, or you fall where you look (gymnastics). In this case, you will shoot where you look. If you hold your marker off center your line of fire and line of sight are not parallel and you will always have to make small adjustments to try to get on target. If you put the line of fire directly on top of your line of sight, not adjustments is necessary. If you can look at a target, you can hit a target.

Usage:

Suppressive fire may be either aimed (at a specific enemy soldier, group of soldiers, or vehicle) or not aimed (for example, at a building or tree line where enemy soldiers are suspected to be hiding.) To be effective, suppressive fire must be relatively continuous and high in volume. Suppression of enemy fire is vital during troop movement especially in tactical situations such as an attack on an enemy position.

One of the oldest types of grenades our there are the Tippmann Squadbusters. They have been around forever and are availible and nearly every retailer of paintball equipment that there is.

You can not accomplish any of the tactics in this section without being in great physical position. This is a link to the second 4 week cycle of a 3 cycle work out plan. This is the same work out plan that both LSU and USC used prior to their championships seasons. All of these workout machines and devices can be found at any local large gymnasium chains. The first 4 weeks will condition your muscles and tendons. You will notice a large amount of fat disappearing from your body. The next 4 weeks will begin to build strength in your muscles and tendons. This is where you will begin to see strength gains and the building of muscle. The last 4 weeks (the cycle posted here) will really build strength in your body. This is where you will see the greatest strength increases and building of muscle.***
