OCMI Doesn't Sign with Lapco for 2009 |

This is to inform the general paintball community that OCMI paintball team and LAPCO paintball products are no longer associated. Both parties failed to come to an agreement on a 2009 sponsorship contract.
After lengthy negotiations with Lapco, OCMI has decided not to continue a business relationship with Lapco. The 2009 contract that they offered us was more restrictive then any other agreement we have with any other company and shifted too much of the team control from us to them. When we presented this to them, they came back with even more restrictive contracts. It really didn’t make any sense to us, so after multiple weeks of negotiating we decided to just decline sponsorship with Lapco for the 2009 season.
OCMI still has the utmost respect for Lapco and thier quality products. Both parties handled everything with the highest tact and professionalism and are still on good terms.
