You can not accomplish any of the tactics in this section without being in great physical position. This is a link to the first 4 week cycle of a 3 cycle work out plan. This is the same work out plan that both LSU and USC used prior to their championships seasons. All of these workout machines and devices can be found at any local large gymnasium chains. The first 4 weeks (the cycle posted here) will condition your muscles and tendons. You will notice a large amount of fat disappearing from your body. The next 4 weeks will begin to build strength in your muscles and tendons. This is where you will begin to see strength gains and the building of muscle. The last 4 weeks will really build strength in your body. This is where you will see the greatest strength increases and building of muscle.***

Never lift more than your body’s known capabilities!!!
