I started playing paintball in northern CA in 2005 with my son, Brad. We instantly fell in love with the game, bought a couple of Tippmann 98's and started playing regularly. We were initiated by fire back then, quite literally, as the field we used was mostly populated by military personnel because it was near a base. We learned not only to survive, but to become aggressive players. When we moved to SoCal, we found OCMI and joined the team. We've had many great experiences with this great group of people and have learned a lot about tactics, equipment and general creation of mayhem on the field! We both have upgraded our markers several times and are now playing with Tippmann X7 Phenoms. We've played multiple scenarios from southern to northern California, lots of Big Games, have refereed at a couple of events and had a lot of fun in the process. While playing with OCMI, I've been proud to see our team conduct themselves with extraordinarily high levels of honesty, integrity, camaraderie, and, in general, set a very good example for the sport, both on and off the field. We both look forward to many years of playing on this great team in the future.
